It’s also my first choice for self protection if need be!I just won my 1911 government issue Metroarms .45 ACP and these two books would defenitly answer all my questions I have about this type of pistol!!!And they would also go good with all my Gun Digest books I have from the 70′s to late 90′s.Moved back to Gods country after living in the big cities for work purposes. Now its time to get back to my passion of guns and hunting!! That and a person can NEVER have enough knowledge of and about guns!!

  20. Edwardo says:

I enjoy my 1911 Special Combat Government model. It is a pleasure to shoot and is very accurate. I bought it mainly for target shooting but is also my primary home defense weapon, also carry it occasionally.
