The firing pin doesn’t hit the primer hard enough to fire every round. Rossi doesn’t sell repair parts. The only way I can get it fixed is to ship the rifle and pay Rossi almost as much as a new rifle costs. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ROSSI!!!!!

I purchased the Rossi youth 243/20gage because of its reviews. My 13 year old daughter is a team member on the “AZ. Dust Devils” shooting team and has been shooting many times. I purchased this gun for my daughter to hunt turkey, and dove, with the 20 gage and white tail with the 243. I’ll admit I know little about the differences of youth guns to their full size version. We went skeet shooting this weekend and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. With the way it kicks there is no way a youth can shoot this gun with confidence knowing its going to have so much kick. Its kicked was worse than any shotgun I have ever shot or seen shot.
