    I heard the initial S&W model 686 was an 8 round capacity. Did I “mis-hear”?
    Also, will Colt possibly go this route in the future? I miss their beautifully blued revolvers.

      Hey Orwell, I never caught wind the Performance Center M686 was suppose to come out as an eight-round model. Are you sure what you heard wasn’t about 686 and not 327, 627 or M&P R8? Those are all eight-round .357s. As far as Colt is concerned, I have no idea what their future holds concerning revolvers. But I know you are like many, wishing the company would resurrect their double-action line.
