I want to clarify my statement. The Constitution does not give power to Congress to create any federal police or law enforcement agency. Article I Section 8 gives Congress the power, “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurections and repel Invasions;” which is the only mention of “federal law enforcement”.

As Constitutionalists know the Militia is the Whole People. And that is supported by everything else in the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights.

So as members of an un-Constitutional organization I urge those at CleanUpATF.org to renounce their “police powers” for the good of the United States and work to return full power to the People.

I understand that they think the unlawful restrictions on gun ownership we know as current “Gun Laws” will remain and the “laws” will be enforced by some “less friendly” agency such as the FBI. I hope that isn’t a statement on the corruption at other Federal “Law Enforcement Agencies”. But the reality is that none of them should exists in the first place.

How would we enforce the law? Simple, The People enforce their laws by the means given to us under the Constitution. The States have the power, not the Federal Branch.
